Who You Are Agreeing With

These terms are an agreement between you and Invoke AI, the operator of the Invoke text-message service. Invoke AI is not yet a registered company; it is run by its developers from Massachusetts, United States. Contact: support@useinvoke.ai. When a legal entity is formed, these terms will name it.

You must be 18 or older to use Invoke. You must be the authorized user of the phone number you sign up with and the owner of any account you connect.

What Invoke Is

Invoke is a personal assistant you reach by text message. You text it in plain language and it replies: it remembers things you tell it, keeps a to-do list, and sends reminders you ask for. If you connect an email account, it can also help with your email and calendar. Google works today. Yahoo will work once Yahoo approves our access.

Opt-In

You opt in to receive text messages from Invoke AI in one of two ways: by entering your phone number on useinvoke.ai and checking the consent box, or by texting our number and replying YES. Consent is not a condition of buying anything; Invoke has nothing for sale today.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies with how much you use the service. You receive a reply when you text Invoke, a reminder at the time you set, and occasional service messages (waitlist admission, referral notices, and a note when a new feature becomes available to you). Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's messaging plan sets them.

Opt-Out and Help

• Opt out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message. A plain-language request to stop is honored the same way. You will get one confirmation text and nothing more. STOP blocks your number, pauses your reminders, clears any action waiting for your YES, and removes you from group rooms. STOP ends this agreement on your side; it does not delete your data (see the Privacy Policy).
• Opt back in. Reply START or UNSTOP to return to the access you had before STOP and to resume paused reminders. Group room memberships are not restored; rejoining a room needs a new YES on that room's number.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message. If your number has been admitted, the reply names the commands, the reminder controls, and our contact address. If you have not joined yet or are on the waitlist, the reply explains how to join or that you are on the waitlist, and gives our contact address.

What the Assistant Does on Your Instruction

Invoke acts only when you ask. On your instruction it can send an email from your connected Gmail account, move email to Trash, create, update, or delete a calendar event, set a reminder, and text you a link (to share your location, open your page, or connect an account). Sending email, trashing email, and changing calendar events happen only after you reply YES to the specific draft or change Invoke shows you.

Invoke's replies are generated by a language model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or late. A reminder can fire late or not at all if the service or the carrier fails. A search of your email can miss messages. You are responsible for reviewing each draft or change before you reply YES, and for the content of anything sent from your accounts on your instruction. Do not rely on Invoke for anything where a missed or wrong message would cause harm.

Connected Accounts (Google)

You can connect an email account to use email and calendar features. Google works today. Yahoo will work once Yahoo approves our access, and these terms will apply to it in the same way. For a Google account, Invoke AI requests identity (your account's email address, name, and profile picture), Gmail access that allows searching, reading, sending, and moving messages to Trash, and Calendar access that allows listing, creating, updating, and deleting events. It does not request Google Drive or any other Google service. Sending, trashing, and calendar changes happen only after you reply YES. See the Privacy Policy for what data is accessed, how it is stored, and how to disconnect.

You must be the authorized owner of any Google account you connect. You are responsible for the security of your Google account. We may suspend or revoke a connected account's access if we detect abuse, unauthorized use, or a violation of these terms or of Google's API Services User Data Policy. You can disconnect at any time by texting //disconnect google or by removing Invoke AI at your Google Account permissions page.

Acceptable Use

Use Invoke only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to send spam, to harass anyone, to send illegal content, or to send messages from a connected account that you are not allowed to send. Do not add another person's phone number to Invoke without their permission. We may suspend or end your access for violations of these terms. You may end this agreement at any time by replying STOP. You can delete your Invoke account and its data from your phone. Text //delete my account, or ask in plain words; the Privacy Policy describes it.

No Warranty

Invoke is provided as is and as available. We make no warranty that it will be accurate, available, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Invoke AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from the service, from a reply that was wrong or late, from a reminder that did not fire, or from a message sent from your account on your instruction. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law permits.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Invoke AI and its developers against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the service, from content you send through it, from messages sent from your connected accounts on your instruction, or from your violation of these terms or of someone else's rights.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction. These terms contain no arbitration clause.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and coverage.

Changes to These Terms

When we change these terms, we update the effective date at the top and add a line to the change log below. The effective date and the change log are the notice of the change. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, reply STOP.

Change log

• October 12, 2026: Email help generalized to any connected email account (Google today, Yahoo pending approval).
• October 6, 2026: Account deletion switched on. The "built but not switched on yet" sentence under Acceptable Use replaced with how to ask for deletion.
• October 2, 2026: Added contracting party, age requirement, both opt-in routes, the full opt-out keyword list, what the assistant does on instruction, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and venue, and this change clause. Drive removed from the Google section.
• October 1, 2026: Effective date updated; the Google section corrected to say that no Drive feature was live.
• September 12, 2026: Connected-accounts (Google) section added.
